    • addedAdd `--user-stories-ahead-behind` to `agentia cicd work get`. When the user story has a pipeline and a source environment with one next environment, it shows how many user stories are ahead and behind, in both human and `--json` output.
    • addedAdd `agentia cicd work promote` (experimental) to create a forward promotion, or a back promotion with `--backpromote --destination-branch`, for one or more user stories. It merges each `feature/<name>` branch into `promotion/<promotionName>` and sets the promotion status to Completed or Merge Conflict. After a conflict, resolve the files and re-run with `--promotion=<name-or-id> --continue`. `--validate` and `--deploy` require `--sf-alias`; `--validate` runs a dry-run deploy and sets the status to Validated, and `--deploy` sets Completed only after the deployment succeeds.
    • addedRequire `enableLocalPromote: true` in `.agentia/config.json` (or `.agentia/config.user.json`) before `agentia cicd work promote` runs, because it skips Quality Gates.
    • addedAdd `agentia cicd work environment-sync`, which creates a back promotion for every user story behind the destination environment. Continue after conflicts with `--promotion=<name> --continue`.
    • addedAdd `--abort` to `agentia cicd work promote` and `agentia cicd work environment-sync`. With `--promotion`, it aborts the merge and sets the promotion status back to Draft.
    • addedAdd organization-scoped governance health checks with optional local git-sizer analysis.
    • changedEvery Agentia MCP tool now declares standard MCP tool annotations (`readOnlyHint`, `destructiveHint`, `idempotentHint`, `openWorldHint`) so MCP clients can auto-approve safe reads and prompt before destructive tools. Tool names, inputs and outputs are unchanged.
    • changedRename `agentia cicd work commit` to `agentia cicd cloud commit`; `--cloud` is no longer required. The old command remains as a hidden alias. MCP: `agentia_cloud_commit`, with `agentia_work_commit` kept as an alias.
    • changedCopado cloud promotions move to `agentia cicd cloud promote` (MCP `agentia_cloud_promote`). The MCP alias `agentia_work_promote` is removed.
    • changed`agentia cicd work submit` (including `--done` and `--deploy`) now counts user stories ahead and behind the next pipeline environment and warns when stories behind might cause promotion conflicts.
    • fixed`agentia cicd function upsert --file <payload.json> --json` no longer reports a flag conflict.
    • fixedWhen `agentia cicd work promote --validate` or `--deploy` fails, show the Salesforce component, file and problem instead of only the deploy status.
    • fixedCopado AI answers no longer fail with `malformed NDJSON` on keepalive lines, and a received answer is kept with a warning when the stream closes early.
    • fixedOn an `agentia cicd work set` warning, the CLI now updates the last work item details and clears stale branch settings.
    • securityUpdated dependencies to clear current high-severity advisories.
